“Chain Gang”
Sister Elizabeth Carey leads the burial service for Juliana Taylor at the White Tanks Cemetery. Every Thursday, volunteers and inmates arrive to lay the deceased to rest. The west valley cemetery is the resting place for the poor, the homeless and the unclaimed.
